All registrations must be accompanied by payment.
Member rates for registration are offered only to current members of AOOP.
If you would like a confirmation of your registration, include a self-addressed, stamped postcard or envelope with your registration. Receipts will be available at the meeting registration desk.
Registrations postmarked after Dec. 15, 1999 are not eligible for the reduced registration fee and will be invoiced for the additional amount, payable upon receipt at the registration desk.
Please attach a note to your registration form if you require special accommodations or have special dietary needs.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Written cancellations before Dec. 31, 1999 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Refunds are not possible after Dec. 31, 1999 except for emergencies.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
Accreditation
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the Joint Sponsorship of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) and the Academy of Organizational and Occupational Psychiatry (AOOP). ACOEM is accredited by the ACCME to provide CME for physicians. ACOEM designates the Basic Skills Workshop for 4.5 Category 1 hours, the Psychoanalytic Case Discussion for 2.5 Category 1 hours, and the Main Conference for 10 Category 1 hours toward the Physician's Recognition Award of the AMA. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
