AOOP 13th Annual Meeting

The complexities and stresses of the modern workplace have created new opportunities for psychiatrists. As consultants or clinicians, psychiatrists can help address a wide variety of organizational, clinical, and medical-legal problems that arise in the workplace.

AOOP invites you to attend the 13th Annual Meeting of AOOP: Integrating Workplace Consultation into Psychiatric Practice. We have designed this year's pre-conference workshop on disability evaluations, the psychoanalytic case conference and the main conference to provide practical and stimulating information on the roles psychiatry can play in the work world.

The conference is essential for psychiatrists who want to take advantage of the growing opportunities to apply their skills in the workplace. Psychologists, social workers, and EAP professionals will also benefit from these in-depth and stimulating presentations on occupational mental health issues. Attorneys who work in the fields of employment and disability law will likewise benefit from this opportunity to hear how organizational and occupational psychiatrists address these problems.

In addition to the educational content, the conference provides an outstanding opportunity to network with the leaders in organizational and occupational psychiatry in the U.S. and Canada. We look forward to seeing you in San Diego.
