Resident Physicians and Medical
Students
Please inquire. Scholarships are
available to cover the cost of annual meeting attendance for a limited
number of medical students and resident physicians, and reduced fees are
available for those not eligible for scholarships.
Foreign Colleagues
We welcome foreign colleagues, and in
recognition of the expense associated with attending annual meetings on
a regular basis we offer a reduced membership fee with no meeting
attendance. If attending the meeting, the fee is the then applicable US
membership fee, which is inclusive of the meeting.
